REVITALIZE YOUR MOVEMENT

Dr. Lydia Lee, PT, DPT, OCS
Hi, I’m Dr. Lydia Lee, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy through the UCSF/SFSU joint program and my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from SFSU. With residency training and years of experience, I specialize in movement, performance, and recovery, helping you move freely, build strength, and keep doing what you love.
I believe in empowering you to tap into your body’s strength, optimize your performance, and do what you love with confidence and resilience. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or striving to reach your peak, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Staying active has always been a part of my life. I played competitive volleyball for many years and continue to enjoy the sport, along with weightlifting and fitness. These experiences inspire my commitment to helping others not only stay active but also reach and maintain their peak performance.
Born and raised in San Francisco, I’m proud to call the Bay Area home. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me exploring, trying new foods, or spending time with my two fluffy dogs.
Let’s work together to unlock your potential and keep you doing what you love for years to come!
